Harbor Freight has locations all over USA, so unless you are somewhere in Africa, you should find a location nearby.
They don't advertise trailers on their net site as trailer is not something you can ship via UPS, but local location should have them on stock.
At least they did for last 20+ years.
For local use and light weight they might be ok. I think overloading vehicle and overloading trailer isn't a fix. Also, those wheels aren't designed for long trips.
As far as your differential goes, you can kill anything without lubricant. If you don’t believe it, try removing the oil from that 6.7 you drive. That’s hardly proof.
