If that makes you feel better, storage sheds are not cheap at all.
I bought my cargo trailer for moving between the states and right now don't need it, but I paid 3 grands for it and have 5 years warranty.
Good sheds run for $5k and don't give me the option to carry stuff, or car in case I need it. So even paying the registration makes sense to keep it.
$5000 storage shed.
