Craigslist seattle alone probably has 100+ TCs any given day. And if you know or can find a rvnet buddy to check it out first when you find the "one". That's a bonus.

Southern Ca. is not big with them.
Buyer beware everywhere. Dry rot, wet rot, faded fiberglass, crunchy stickers and vents/accessories. Depends how old and how it was stored.
I wouldn't want one that sat in the rain for ___years or in the blazing sun. Each causes it's own problems. These types of RVs are pretty disposable if treated like they're weather proof and not well maintained.
