We regularly camp with the lows in the 20s. We don't do anything out of the ordinary, but we don't use the city water hookup. We almost always boondock, (NOT in a town!), so hookups aren't available anyway.
Our tanks are heated, and we have had more problem with the hose to dump than the valves. I have had to warm the hose with the pickup heater to get the caps off the hose.
