As DutchmenSport mentioned on Page 2, we leave the camper winterized and revert to tent-camping ways.
We haul a number of one-gallon jugs of water in the RV. We heat water on the stove; we wash dishes in a dish pan.
For the toilet, we use the campground restroom if available, otherwise use a portable toilet and a bucket like hunters use.
One of the biggest problems is condensation on the windows. That requires regular wiping with a towel, using the range vent while cooking, opening a window, etc.
