It depends on how your systems are laid out. Some cold weather specifc RVs will deviate but typically:
The fresh water tank is in an enclosed space and will be several degrees warmer than outside. As long as it doesn't get extremely cold, it will stay unfrozen.
Gray/Black tanks are usually set lower so the drains can reach them via gravity and are frequently fully exposed to the outside air temp and windchill effects.
