Just purchased a Lakota horse trailer with living quarters. It has dual torsional axles instead of leaf spring axles. The dealer recommends repacking wheel bearings twice a year. Seems like previous recommendations wewe once a year. I think the reason for increased repacking is due to the majority of trailers sit more than they are moved. Sitting is worse on grease than frequent rotation.
