With respect I think your post misrepresents the issue. Those links mostly deal with INDUSTRIAL bearing issues NOT Automotive. And a good deal of the links deal with design considerations...this is not OBSESSION or neurosis. In the forum you cited the vast majority if not all...and I did not read them ALL, are about specific failures of machinery used in production plants at some very high rpms and under much different conditions than the typical auto bearing ever sees.
This is just more misinformation that has NO application to the issue at hand.
