Agree with APT - Our 2011 with the six speed tranny Silevrado pulls our 5K TT easily, been over the Rockiess and back three times. Our 2005 with the 4 speed and same TT stuggled on the long grades but always made it. Also the 6 speed trans grade retard works great and cyclinder management helps save on gas.
