What's wrong with this picture?
Came back today from my little weekend trip, saw this when I was there--

all I see is it looks like the LR jack failed, so they put a floor jack under it.
I do see the RF jack. That chain hanging down looks like for use with short tie downs. and I do not see an electrical pedestal laying on the ground
