Came back today from my little weekend trip, saw this when I was there--

Maybe the jack with a jack under it had power issues and no manual override or simply locked up. Wanting the extra stability of 4 jacks they just added what they had in a pinch. Survivalist. And parking on the pad would typically be even better but who knows the reason. Not for me to question for sure.
