When , how long must I wait ?
I have had my truck camper for three months and no one has shown me the secret hand shake or sent me the decoder ring !! What gives ?

Yup, hardly see any here - matter of fact, when we camp around Florida, we get questions, and 'can we look inside' a lot... and of course, we let them look and chat about how much freedom it brings on the road, and in a lot of govt CGs because we always FIT !! :)- Here in Fl a TC is about as rare as hens teeth. - Rings are issued at three and a half months.
- It is subtle (at least when driving an meeting an oncoming truck camper)... sorta' the same as going down a country dirt road with hand on the steering wheel and raising the index and middle finger at the same time (not separately) when you see an oncoming truck- and they do the same back.
"Tis the same with TC'ers except we have the "C" on back of the "T." Don't need to brag, just acknowledge.
I do not acknowledge every pickup truck on a road this way, only fellow TC'ers.
On edit: You don't need to wait... start acknowledging your fellow TC'ers on the road today! - All depends on where you are. Are you down by the river? If not that may be the issue. :)
