As a result of having the car industry,not entire Automotive industry close. Ford pulling out of local production, started a tsunami , for the other makers. It was the Governments way of trying to help displaced engineers( not that effective). Now Ford is dramatically pouring $2 Billion into expanding the local design and testing facilities
