When will gas stations start truly accommodating trailers?

I've only run into one fuel station I had an issue with fitting in, unfortunately the rear of the fiver sat a couple of feet in the road but I had no other options. Also had to back out into the road to get out. Most fuel station have a diesel pump off to the side or rear for large vehicles.

Air pumps, I carry two. One 12 volt and one 120 volt.
