I wouldn't worry. As long as you're below all the others, you should be below the GCVWR. I can't find it either.
The Pentastar should do the job. But, you will be on the edge of the towing capability...Especially the tongue weight and the frontal area, but the lance does have a nice curve to the nose that should help.
I wouldn't cheap out on a weight distribution hitch. Get a good one, like the Equal-i-zer 4P or the Reese Dual Cam.
