It might be easier to pick a place to stay that has a dealer close enough willing to deliver a TT to your site.
If you have never towed any kind of trailer, rent a U-haul double axle and see how you like it . At least that will give you some kind of idea of what it feels like to tow something of comparable size.
Practice parking and backing the u-haul before you learn on your own TT.
