For most places, a 1/2 ton truck is the biggest thing they have equipment to work on, so you need to look for places that work on larger vehicles.
I have heard Les Schwab is the place for 19.5 tires. You're not going to get that kind of work done at a Mavis or Pep Boys.
Transmission, why didn't you complain until they fixed the problem? Take it somewhere else and have the second shop send the first one the bill.
Most places probably won't put the glass in because you bought it. They can't guarantee their work or your safety because they did not source the glass, but they expect that you'll expect them to guarantee it. If they source the glass and its faulty, they can go back on their source for replacement/refund, but if your glass is faulty, replacement comes out of their pocket.
