I do not know what year Ram you have or what exactly you mean by "broke the transmission/clutch." But I did have on my '05 3500 what I would call a "sticky" clutch that would hang up and seem to need to double depress it to activate.
I was going to replace the whole master/ slave set-up, but when I removed it all I did was bench bleed it and it has been working OK ever since. Perhaps that is all you need to do. If not, then maybe a new clutch hydraulic system is what it might need.
