Sounds frustrating.
Dealers are just as much of a crapshoot as private shops.
One thing though, your truck alignment is 100% unaffected by whether the camper is on or not if it’s 4wd. You may need an alignment or front end work, but with solid front axles, camber is not adjustable and load doesn’t change toe. If you have ifs there can be a very slight change in camber and toe with compression or extension of the suspension but not enough to make an otherwise well aligned steering system eat tires.
Regarding the clutch, idk how long you’ve been driving it, but it’s unlikely anything is “broke “. Again tough to figure out if you’re not familiar or knowledgeable about them.
Good luck. Imo good shops are hard to come by and word of mouth is as good of a reccomendation as anything.
And you can get 19.5s a lot of places. You’re probably going to passenger car tire shops.
