Yeah, that'd be a great improvement but I don't use my EU2000i anywhere near often enough to justify the expense. I had wanted to use a proper noise control barrier material when building my quiet box and found our nearby West Marine store could order in what I needed but once converted to Cdn $ it's just too costly considering my limited use so what I have now will have to suffice. Regardless, running the genset in the quiet box is still much quieter than running it in the back of the truck, not in the box. :B
