agreed... before I had twins, my first yammy road in the bathtub, if you can call it that...? I was so paranoid about it being stolen, I put it in the cab of the truck while I was camped and off hiking.
Now, I'm older, they're older, the housings beat up looking from rubbing on things / each other. They sit in the back of the truck, with a cheap-o open for anything Masterlock.
Good thing about using Masterlock, if I ever loose the keys, any bottle pull tab, small bone, rock laying around will open it just as well.
