Always keep our generator in the box of the truck when in transport and when not in use. We have a tonneau cover so it's out of sight. It's not often that we use it but it's handy to have along just in case. Would be awfully inconvenient to keep it in the TT and I don't fancy the smell of small engines even if they aren't venting gas vapors.
