Thanks guys. I have thought about almost all of these options.
I thought about this, but doesnt it leave the cable kind of unsecure? I feel like I need to see a picture :) I'm a visual learner!!
Bucky Badger: your solution is where I think I am headed. I just need to locate a spot to place the shackle. I suppose the holes where the chain hooks are is large enough to accommodate the hook and a shackle?
