??? what do you mean we do not need breakaway switches in canada?? If you have electric brakes , then yes , there will be a switch there. surge brakes are different.
Break-away not required by law in Ontario. I'm telling you, my trailer does not have a break-away switch. I do know what the switch is, I had one on my last TT and I currently have one on my utility trailer.
