Where to buy horizontal propane tanks?

I just ordered one from here. $175.10 with free shipping. Best price I could find. It took several weeks to get.

FYI, Canada requires tanks be re-certified after 10 years vs 12 years here in the states. I wanted at least one new one for our Alaska trip.

If you are in big hurry, or want to touch the item before paying -call local propane distributors.
I used "Suburban Propane" and their main location had several models of propane CYLINDERS.

What size? I see both 20 and 30 lb Manchester horizontal LP tanks on Amazon.

Not cheap, but they have them. I replaced the two 30 lb horizontal tanks in my TC last year. Still ouching from that one.

Never seen a 'dual' use propane cylinder

Horizontal propane cylinders for RVs are placed in 'service' when laying down and 'filled' when standing up so the OPD functions

They shouldn't be placed in service when in Vertical Position
Relief Valve would be submerged in liquid propane vs vapor and if it OPENS Liquid Propane would be spewed out. That can be VERY dangerous
