I notice you run a H&S mini max... Any possibility this could have caused your engine failure?
I keep that on stock use it to monitor EGT's is all and read engine codes. Only tried the other settings when I got it and have not used since. I always keep it on stock because I know that the clutch can't take it and I don't have the injectors and fueling for the higher settings.
