From what I read on fuel dilution issues, any of these engines that have leaking injectors can suffer major damage. When regens became part of the emission system, this created another source for dilution in motors that long idled or were run for short periods without getting to operating temperature. I didn't see anything that pointed specifically to one manufacturer's design causing dilution.
