This is the level I have always used too. (with the metal ball , not the plastic one )
I first use a small mirror and bubble level inside the freezer to make sure the fridge is level. Then I install the outside level using screws .
Most of the time, I can view the level from the drivers seat as I back into a site.
That level also has a smaller bubble level built into it to adjust the front to rear level using the tongue jack.
