where to measure to determine if trailer is level

This is my first trailer, I understand the importance of leveling the trailer. We did buy some of the lego blocks for under the wheels. I am wondering where do I put the level to determine if the tr...

I used to try to level the freezer compartment, but soon found that even the freezer floor was giving different readings in different spots..

I now put the level in a frying pan on top of the stove. It matches one spot in the freezer, so I feel that's good enough.
