Where to park near The Varsity downtown Atlanta

Anybody try to stop off at The Varsity in downtown Atlanta? It looks like it is right off the I75 exit at Spring Street, and from Spring Street right back to to I75. Is there a place to pull off, or...

Near The Varsity is Mary Mac's Tea Room. Try it if you have not already done so.

The "tea room" name may trouble some foodies; its actually lots of traditional southern food and prices are reasonable.
