Our HTT listed below tips the scles at 3,490 loaded and ready to camp. We are a family of six. Being pretty much year round campers we are not fans of the tent ends as they must be set up at home to dry out. Also noisey neighbors can not really be blocked out. Looking is half the fun. Take time and read archives on a specific model and brand to see what problems folks have and hhow the company responded. This is huge. If you buy used insist all be hooked up aand working for your inspection prior to paper work. Welcome to the forum
