I'm looking into buying a TT and I've been looking over different manufacturers' websites, but I'm not sure how to find exactly what I'm looking for... Ideally, I would like to find a TT under 3500...

Build your own if you have the time. None of the mfgs make a trailer with enough insulation to be efficiently heated in the Winter.
About the best you can do off the shelf is to get something like that Forest River R-pod or a Bigfoot and burn a lot of fuel. You'll also need a generator/solar to keep the 12V system functioning. Typical RV forced air furnaces are terrible power hogs.
