About the best you can do off the shelf is to get something like that Forest River R-pod or a Bigfoot and burn a lot of fuel. You'll also need a generator/solar to keep the 12V system functioning. Typical RV forced air furnaces are terrible power hogs.

Not looking to camp with snow coming down or such, just enough to get through nights that drop below the freezing point. Is that still very difficult to heat?
