Not to open a can of worms but the 6.4L wasn't without its issues; some were flawless but the ones that weren't tended to cost their owner big $; the 6.4L was known for being a bit thirsty as well. I would've loved to put a 6.4L in my driveway when I was shopping last year but ultimately the possibility of costly repairs and the fuel costs swayed me not to.
Totally agree about the 6 speed being an upgrade.
