Which one: 2010 F250 6.4L or 2011 6.7L

The 6.7 may be the engine that saves Ford, if I had the choice between the two it would be the 6.7.
That said I would not give up my 01, Cummins 5.9 for either, this guy is talking 40K and 71K, my Cummins has more than twice the total mileage of both and still pulling strong.
