Something to think about....
The 2014 RAM HDs will have factory air suspension available. Smooth ride empty with heavy hauling capability. Something else to consider is that RAM has the highest 3500/350 series tow rating, besting the others by 5000 or 6000#. Max tow rating in many 3500s is 28000#+. They have the most torque and a new HD 6 speed auto, the same transmission used in the 4500 and 5500 last year. Pretty stout all around.
Nothing wrong with the current offerings from Ford and GM either, but they have some catching up to do for the next few years in features and capability.

In all the recent independent tests, the MPG of all 3 is pretty close to the same.
