A bit of a ridiculous read even considering the Ram in that article, article was published July 19th of this year...I have no idea how long the 2013 Ford or the 2013 Chevy had been on the market at that time, but the 2013 Ram 2500HD's and 3500HD's had only been "on the market" since about March, and very sparingly at that..didn't really start seeing them "hitting the lot's till middle or end of April early May before enough to even think about.
So how do you figure reliability on a 2013 model truck with only a couple months "under it's belt?".....
