Well simple math, is currently Cummins needs .46 Hp to get 1 lb. ft. of torque, so at 460 HP they could have 1,000 lb. ft. of torque. My 01 was stock with 235 hp and 410 lb. ft. of torque, which is .57 hp per 1 lb.ft of torque, so might happen at less than 460 hp.
