I never did put my Reflex on it, only used it for bikes. The Reflex is a good scooter but heavy. The combined weight of the hitch and scooter would add about 500 pound of weight on the front axle.
I think that your asking a lot of that truck. If you go that route then a lighter weight bike, probably some kind of dirt bike would be the way to go.
The front hitch may be rated at 1000lbs. but the actual bike carriers are generally rated up to 500lbs. some are rated lower than that. My Curt front hitch has a 1000 lb. rating but my Sarge motorcycle carrier is rated for 500 lbs.
My Kawasaki KE100 dirt bike weighs under 200 lbs dry.
