Which states require TC registration?
I'm curious to know which states require TC registration. I know most don't and only a hand full do. I know Utah, Oregon, and Washington State do. What are the others?

This, but it was not optional in my case.. The dealer forced it, to get the financing.
More than likely it was the bank that made the dealer do it. I think its a good idea to do it anyway.
