Mine has a slight wine from 1st-2nd occasionally. I too took mine to a transmission shop and got the same advice as you. Mine has been doing it for four years now, I'm now at 100k and have driven it on 3,000 mile trips each summer without issue. It bugs the heck out of me though !!!!
