We too just had this issue for the first time since owning our TT. The spots were localized to the center of the camper, down low mostly and all near the kitchen. We clean it really good each time before storing. There was not a ton of it, but just enough to cause concern.
We cleaned it up with bleach and water, wiped everything in the camper down with a weak solution just to be sure.
I think here in NC since we've had the hottest and most consistently high humidity summer I can remember that it caused this to happen. There was no musty smell at all.
