White powder ??

We have a destination trailer up in Michigan. We go there just about every weekend. this year we have not had the time to make it as much as we usually do. So, when we skip maybe 2 or 3 weeks of not using the trailer we find this white powder all over the cabinets and on the front bottom of the stove. The problem seem to be only in the center of the trailer ( not in the bed rooms of bathroom) Could this be mold?

Thank you all in advance.

This unit does not have a real exhaust hood unit that removes the odors from inside the T.T.( It has a hood unit however)what good is that I ask my self?:@

This is the first time that we have found it on the stove.

If it's mold, it Wil likely have a musty smell in it whe you first walk in after being closed up for a few weeks.
No musty smell neither, however I wipe it down with a damp cloth with bleach just in case.

Do you leave anything running when gone? Furnace/fans/AC? I'm guessing not a humidifier in the summer, but some of those can leave a dusting of mineral deposits.
Nothing its left running. Windows are also shut.
