Although we are a team, I do most of the driving. 100k miles towing, dozens of track days in cars, even more on motorcycles, one driving school and several riding schools... I just enjoy it and am more confident. That being said, I have taught her as much as necessary for her to competently drive the truck and tow safely when necessary.
In fact, she could explain egts, Rpms, shift points, and general driving Dynamics better than most people I know. Over 700mile days she spells me for a nap. It is rare that I need any help backing up, but she is a great spotter if needed. Men should know how to drive and tow. Imo. Not saying women can't do just as well at it.
