Who is a Full Timer with a Camper?

Again I know how much these things weigh and what it is going to take to properly and safely handle one of these units.
If you look at the numbers for a Ford F450 it actually has LESS payload than a F350.
I am just interested in hearing from folks who are full timing in a camper. I like to hear how you like it and what you do to make it work.
