Who is a Full Timer with a Camper?

As far as my budget goes if I am looking at triple slide campers then it isn't limited to 20 year old units.
But since I am retired and disabled I am on a fixed amount.
I am just curious who full times in a camper. Why is this such a hard question to answer?
