Its too bad, at least I havnt seen, forged 2 1/2" close(er) to needed length. Would likely exceed or meet your requirements.
All kinds of 2" extended ball mounts- I guess just no market for 2 1/2"- or
the de-rating.... I would assume any competent shop could build, cant imagine any ratings though if it mattered.
