Who makes custom ball mounts / shanks / stingers?

Looks like my best bet in something commercially available is the Brophy BZ20 or BH20.

The BH20 may be the better option as it is solid, and I can slip it into an extended adapter made from a hitch tube, that extends the full length of my receiver socket, and out on to the hitch shank itself.
