I'm another one that tows with a mid size truck. Frontier, V6 4.0L, six speed manual, 4WD.
Easily and comfortably tows my 4100 pound camper or my over 5000 pound horse trailer. Very seldom do I need more than 3500 rpm to get the job done.
Mid-size trucks are also very nice daily drivers.
