Lots of folks will fall for the old "this one's better quality" just because something has a nickel's worth of lipstick and a fancier name.
This is like the old "you get what you pay for" saying that I find annoying at times. While you usually get better quality if you pay more, it certainly doesn't always happen. A lot of people think that just because they pay more for one tire over another, then that automatically makes them a better tire.
